The increase in the guaranteed return of the preference investment shares of DOMOPLAN SICAV, a.s. will be permanent!

The successful 8-year activity of the fund, confirmed by the number of completed and sold apartments, the quality of projects under construction and real financial results, allows the founder of the fund, Tomáš Vavřík, to provide investors with a minimum return of 8% p.a. on a long-term basis, which was discussed at the General Meeting on 6 January 2025 and incorporated in the fund's Articles of Association.

The figures presented for the DOMOPLAN – Pekárenský dvůr SICAV, a.s. fund are valid as at 31 December 2025; for the DOMOPLAN SICAV, a.s. fund and the BRIXX SICAV, a.s. fund, they are valid as at 30 June 2026; and for the other funds, the figures are valid as at 31 March 2026.

The presented funds are qualified investor funds according to Act No. 240/2013 Coll., as amended, on investment companies and investment funds.
