The architectural design of the project is based on the character of the site and the landscape context - the river, the light and the rhythm of life of the site became the inspiration for the form of the whole building. The building is designed so that the interiors open up to the surrounding nature and towards the river as much as possible, thus connecting the interior spaces with the outdoor views and the dynamics of the Svratka river flow.
The layout and material solutions reflect the balance between modern design and a pleasant environment for everyday life. The façade and common areas are designed with an emphasis on aesthetic purity and the use of high quality, durable materials that fit well into the urban and natural context.
